Synopsis
This tale is of a young boy being ridiculed and disrespected because of his God- given gift of intelligence. Nigel, an 8-year old, must master the persecution and also overcome the death of his father. Nigel is an only child who has the adult responsibility of being the man of the house since his father’s passing. His two best friends since the age of 5 offer relief. Juan and Frankie are Spanish and Italian and are fluent in their respective languages. Nigel prays every night asking God to take away his precious gift of being smart. Will Nigel be granted his wish or does God have a better plan for the boy?
